Return Policy
At Zenvy Shops, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in every purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
After 14 days, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, you may return it (if eligible) and place a new order.
Final Sale Items
Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. This will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or not functioning properly, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos or videos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Zenvy Shops reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
